„Borówka skrzat wyrusza w świat” to kolejna część przygód domowego skrzata Borówki. W poprzedniej serii pt. „Wędrówki skrzata Borówki” skrzat pokazywał dzieciom różne ekosystemy.
W części drugiej – „Borówka skrzat wyrusza w świat” – skrzat Borówka opowiada dzieciom co o parkach narodowych, parkach krajobrazowych, rezerwatach przyrody, bogactwie polskiej przyrody, a także tłumaczy znaczenie lasów i potrzebę ich ochrony. W trzech filmach poznamy Białowieski Park Narodowy, Iławski Park Krajobrazowy i Rezerwat Przyrody Dębina.
„Bilberry the Dwarf travels to see the world” is the next chapter of the adventures of domestic dwarf Borówka. In the previous series, “The travels of Bilberry the Dwarf”, the dwarf introduced various ecosystems to the youngest viewers.
In the second part – “Bilberry the Dwarf travels to see the world” – he explains the definitions and importance of National Parks, Landscape Parks and Nature Reserves. The dwarf also talks about the variety of Polish nature and explains the role of forests and the need to protect them. In three films we will get to know the Białowieża National Park, the Iława Landscape Park and the Dębina Nature Reserve.

„Kłopoty Pogodziaków” to cykl 10 programów dla najmłodszych widzów, opowiadający o zmianach klimatycznych. W programach zajmujemy się przede wszystkim przyczynami zmian klimatu i prezentujemy sposoby ograniczania negatywnego wpływu ludzi oraz szeroko rozumianej cywilizacji na klimat. Ponadto tłumaczymy wielką rolę, jaką w ochronie klimatu pełnią lasy, torfowiska i rośliny (także rośliny domowe).
Pogodziaki to „duszki pogodowe”: Chmurcia, Cieplak, Mrozek i Wietrzak (postacie animowane), którym pomaga profesor Niestały.
„The troubles of the Weather Spirits” is a series of 10 films for the youngest viewers. It explains the problem of the climate change. The films show and explain the main reasons of climate change and the methods to reduce the negative impact of men and civilization on the climate. Additionally, the films explain the great role of forests, peat bogs and plants – even household plants – in the climate protection.
Weather spirits are four little ghosts: Cloudy, Warmy, Frosty and Windy (animated characters). They get help from professor Variable.

„End of sleeping” is a film impression which approaches the subject of intimate relations between various insects living together in a jasmine bush. The film was produced in outdoor conditions, without altering the natural habitat of the insects.

„Witch” is a documentary which portrays Agnieszka Zach – the barefoot guide of the Biebrza National Park. Agnieszka has an unique contact with nature and knows probably all there is to know about it. Tourists call her the Biebrza Witch. Without fear or concern, you can follow her into the Biebrza marshes. She is welcome both in the middle of the forest and in the houses of Podlasie. She can take you to the places where moose search for food and to places where cranes argue over their territory.

Jak w płynącej przez czas Arce Noego, kozice – tak, jak wiele innych arktycznych gatunków – są obecne w Tatrach od ponad 10 tysięcy lat. W tym górskim środowisku człowiek nadal jest jedynie okazjonalnym gościem. Właśnie dzięki temu Tatry do dzisiaj są unikalną wyspą dzikiej przyrody.
Tytułowe życie w chmurach jest pełne sprzeczności. Delikatne, młode kozice wyglądają, jakby nie pasowały do tak wymagającego środowiska, ale w rzeczywistości są do niego perfekcyjnie przystosowane. Podczas lata rejony te odwiedzają również niedźwiedzie i jelenie, których losy nieoczekiwanie splatają się podczas rykowiska.
Największym wyzwaniem w życiu kozic jest zima, która trwa tutaj ponad pół roku. Głęboki śnieg, lawiny, głód i drapieżniki polujące na osłabione zwierzęta czynią życie kozic dużo cięższym. Zimowe królestwo kozic odwiedza również jedno z najbardziej tajemniczych górskich zwierząt – ryś.
Like in the Noah`s Ark floating in time, the chamois – along with other arctic inhabitants - have been present in the Tatra Mountains for over ten thousand year. In this alpine environment a man is still just an occasional guest. Thanks to this, the Tatra Mountains are still a very unique island of wildlife.
The headline life in the clouds is full of contradictions. Fragile young chamois look like they do not belong to this harsh environment, but they are, in fact, perfectly adapted. During the summer, the area is also visited by bears and deer, whose fates are unexpectedly intertwined during the deer rut.
The biggest challenge in the life of a chamois is the winter, which lasts here for over half of the year. Deep snow, storms, avalanches, starvation and predators hunting for weakened animals make their lives significantly harder. The winter kingdom of the chamois is also visited by one of the most mysterious mountain creatures – the lynx.

The uniqueness of this place is a rare example of glorious, peaceful functioning of a natural forest. The film presents the vast variety of organisms present in the Reserve – from small insects to wolves.

Over the last thousands of years, the European landscape changed more than you can imagine. We have dried the wetlands, regulated the rivers, cut down or altered the forests and wiped out the large animals.
Yet, there is one place that has hardly changed. From the rocky ground under the Krivan Peak in the Tatra Mountains grows the immortal forest.

Film został wykonany jako prezentacja do wykładu na temat retencji wody w górskich lasach. Film powstał w lecie 2016, a po kolejnym wykładzie i na potrzeby konkursu został poszerzony w lutym 2017. Słuchaczami byli uczniowie szkół średnich, a także kadra managerska żywieckich przedsiębiorstw, których filmem tym autor próbuje skłonić do podjęcia działań mogących mieć wpływ na lokalny klimat. Film jest częścią kilkunastoodcinkowej serii filmów pod wspólnym tytułem „Woda w górach”. Pokazuje skalę traconej wody, skalę niewiedzy i nieporozumień, skutki zaniedbań i specyfikę górskich przestrzeni w zarządzaniu wodą.
The film was produced as a presentation to a lecture on the subject of water retention in mountain forests. It was produced in the summer of 2016 and extended in February 2017, after another lecture and for the purposes of the competition. The participants of the lecture were the students of high schools as well as the managers of regional companies. The author of the movie tries to persuade the managers to undertake actions that may influence the local climate.
The movie is a part of a larger series, titled “Water in the Mountains”. The series show the amount of lost water, the lack of knowledge and presence of many misunderstandings, the results of negligence and the peculiarity of mountain areas in terms of water management.

Karpaty to jedno z ostatnich miejsc w Europie, gdzie najrzadsze zwierzęta mają wciąż swoje ostoje. Jednakże stale rozbudowująca się sieć dróg stanowi duży problem dla dzikich zwierząt. Rozległe ostoje tracą łączność, a zwierzęta giną na drogach. Grupa naukowców stara się zlokalizować miejsca, w których ścieżki zwierząt krzyżują się z drogami. Projekt o korytarzach migracyjnych ma na celu lepsze planowanie rozwoju regionu z uwzględnieniem i poszanowaniem dziedzictwa przyrodniczego.
Carpathian Mountains are one of the last places in Europe where rare animals still have their refuges. However, the growing network of roads is a large problem for the wild animals. Broad refuges lose their integrity and animals die on the roads. A group of scientists is trying to locate places, where animals` paths cross the roads. The project concerning migration corridors aims for better planning of the regional development, with respect to the natural heritage.
