The Włodzimierz Puchalski International Nature Film Festival is the greatest festival of nature films organized in Poland. It is a biennial event, held since 1980 (initially as “National Review of Nature Films”). Its motto is “Promotion of nature and landscape of Europe”. During the festival we show medium- and full-length films on nature-related issues – protection of the natural environment or coexistence of man with nature. The festival is accompanied by: scientific sessions on nature and film, ornithological workshops for filmmakers, magnificent exhibitions, fabulous concerts and contests as well as workshops on film and ecological education for children from Poland and all around the world.
